Do not have State Farm they lie and not do any work for a claim nor return phone calls. You get more stress and less help and money back for the lack of work to get anything started or continue worked that is expected on a claim. They just take your money and lie and don't do anything. Go somewhere else it's to much stress. I've gone in 7 times and they don't even have an adjuster go until I asked a week later then they set an appointment for a adjususter to go a week later that didn't. Go somewhere else

I can never get any call back from ed ramos even after I called for 2 months straight as well as leaving messages for him and sending emails. I still haven’t heard from him till this day. I’ve only been with these people since January and don’t plan on being here much longer. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. This place has terrible customer service.

The team members are very nice and cooperative. The agent goes over coverages thoroughly and makes sure that I have the right amount of coverage for me!! Definitely recommend to get a life insurance here!
